If you’re here, there’s a good chance something in your life, or your adolescent’s life, feels stuck.
You may be trying to move forward but finding that something keeps getting in the way. You may understand what needs to change, yet still feel unsure how to actually make that change happen.
That experience is more common than most people realize.
And it’s something I understand, both personally and professionally.
I’ve Been There
There was a time in my life when grief, depression, loss of purpose, and unresolved experiences left me feeling frozen.
Some of that included navigating profound loss, including losing close family members to suicide. Experiences like that don’t just affect a moment in time. They shape how the mind and body respond, how emotions are processed, and how difficult it can feel to move forward.
From the outside, things may have looked fine. Internally, I felt stuck, wanting something different, but not understanding why I couldn’t move forward.
That level of pain creates a depth of understanding that can’t be learned from a book alone.
It’s part of what allows me to sit with people in their own experiences of Stuckness, whether that shows up as grief, anxiety, overwhelm, or feeling lost, and meet them without judgment, without rushing, and without needing them to be anywhere other than where they are.

The Shift
What I discovered over time is that Stuckness is not permanent.
With the right understanding, support, and small steps forward, something begins to change.
And when it does, it’s not just about getting “Unstuck.”
There is often a deeper shift, a clearer sense of direction, a broader vision for what life can be, and a renewed appreciation for things that once felt out of reach.
Movement returns on step at a time.
Clarity builds.
And life begins to feel different.
That experience is what I now call
Growing Unstuck.
How I Work
Over time, my personal healing journey grew to become both personal and professional. While searching to understand the physiological feeling of literally feeling stuck;
I began studying trauma, neuroscience, human behavior, and the patterns that keep people feeling un able to move in life. I also did my own inner work, learning how to understand my fight and freeze responses, shift patterns, and begin moving forward in a different way.
Today, I bring that combination of lived experience and professional training into my work with individuals, parents, and adolescents.
My approach is coaching, not therapy. I don’t diagnose, pathologize, or prescribe; instead, I use neuroscience-informed and identity-focused coaching modalities, to help people understand what’s keeping them stuck, find clarity, and begin moving forward again. It is grounded in the understanding that people are not broken—but are often stuck in thought and emotional patterns that can be understood and shifted.
I work with people, right where they are.
This work is collaborative, grounded, and focused on real-life application. Not just insight, but meaningful, lasting change for those who are ready to do some work.
