The Site and the services offered are intended for users who are at least 18 years of age. (Adolescents under the care of Growing Unstuck LLC will have a Signed Parental Consent and Permission Form For Coaching Services) By using the Site, you represent and warrant that:

You are legally capable of entering into binding agreements;

You will use the Site and its content in accordance with these Terms;

You will not use the Site for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

SERVICES AND NON-CLINICAL DISCLAIMER:

The coaching services provided by Jeremiah J. Fulmer through Growing Unstuck LLC are Non-Clinical, trauma-informed wellness coaching services. These services are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any mental or physical health condition. Coaching is not therapy or medical care, and should not be substituted for licensed professional help when needed.

If you are experiencing a crisis, or if you require medical or psychological assistance, please contact emergency services or a licensed provider in your area.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS:

All materials, content, logos, branding, downloadable files, graphics, audio, video and any not here mentioned but applicable intellectual property, appearing on the Site are the intellectual property of Jeremiah J. Fulmer or Growing Unstuck LLC, unless otherwise noted.

You may not reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute any material from this Site without prior written permission.

USER RESPONSIBILITIES:

PAYMENT, REFUNDS, AND CANCELLATIONS:

Payments for coaching services or digital products must be made prior to sessions or as specified in your service agreement.

Refunds for individual sessions may be granted if canceled with at least 24 hours’ notice.
Refunds for packages are not guaranteed and are considered on a case-by-case basis.

Improper cancellations and no-shows will result in loss of session credit or full fee, per the Coaching Policies and Procedures agreement.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:

We strive to provide valuable and supportive coaching services, however:

We make no guarantees regarding specific outcomes or results;

We are not liable for any direct or indirect loss or damage resulting from the use of the Site or services;

Your participation in coaching is voluntary and at your own risk.

This Site may contain links or integrations to third-party websites or services (e.g., payment processors, scheduling platforms, Zoom, social media). We do not control and are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or terms.
